pvvip Terms & Conditions

General Provisions

pvvip operates an online gaming platform for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between pvvip ("we", "platform") and you ("user", "member").

These Terms must be read together with pvvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents form an inseparable part of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Our platform uses SSL encryption and ensures fair play to keep members' information and transactions secure.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the pvvip platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and hold a valid Mobile Financial Service (MFS) account or bank account in your own name.
• You must confirm that you are mentally capable and are participating in gaming activities voluntarily.
• You are not employed in any profession or position where participation in online gaming is prohibited.

pvvip may request identity documents at any time for age verification purposes. An account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on the pvvip platform. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, household, or device, all related accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. pvvip reserves the right to close accounts if false or misleading information is provided. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any of your information changes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, OTP) confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the pvvip support team immediately. pvvip will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party use of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods

The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals on pvvip:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

4.2 Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Verification

pvvip reserves the right to verify identity before approving withdrawal requests. The payment method provided must be in the registered member's name — transactions to third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fees apply.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• pvvip reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time in the event of a breach of bonus terms.
• Each promotional offer may have its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before accepting an offer.

5.4 VIP Program

pvvip's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback and special benefits increase as you reach higher tiers. VIP tier benefits and conditions apply separately, and pvvip reserves the right to change them at any time.

Gaming Rules

The pvvip platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games. Each game may have its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, pvvip reserves the right to void the relevant round.
• Prizes paid out in error may be corrected at any time.
• Sports betting is settled based on official results.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable during system repairs or maintenance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvvip platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse — including placing strategic bets with the intent to avoid bonus wagering requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or other automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Completing transactions using a third party's account or funds.

For any of the above activities, pvvip may permanently close the account and forfeit all balances. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

Responsible Gaming

pvvip believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income. We encourage our members to game responsibly.

• Members may contact the support team to set deposit limits, loss limits, or bet limits on their account.
• Requests for a temporary break or self-exclusion can be made through the support team.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, seeking professional help immediately is advised.

As part of compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, pvvip is required to investigate suspicious transactions and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

The logo, design, software, content, and all other elements of the pvvip platform are the intellectual property of pvvip or its licensors.

• You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of the pvvip brand name is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited license to use your account — this does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

pvvip is not liable for the following:

• Gaming disruptions caused by internet disconnection or server downtime.
• Losses arising from hardware or software issues on your device.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

pvvip will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. In the case of direct losses, our liability will in no event exceed the amount of the relevant member's most recent deposit.

Changes & Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

pvvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be given reasonable advance notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.

12.2 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all applicable wagering requirements must be met and any available balance must be withdrawn.

In the event of a breach of the Terms, pvvip may suspend or close an account without prior notice.
